Difficulty:
1 Bike - One bike means that the ride is easy. It will be taken slowly, and on relatively flat ground.

Riverside loop

- This 5.5mile route takes in the riverside of the Tees and passes the famous riverside fooball stadium.
Area: Middlesbrough
Distance: 6.8

2 Bike - Two bikes means that the ride is moderate, It will be at a moderate pace and on flat or slightly hilly ground.

Coulby Newham routes

- This is series of three routes combined to make a 6.8 mile circular ride.
Area: Middlesbrough

1 Bike - One bike means that the ride is easy. It will be taken slowly, and on relatively flat ground.

Hemlington Lake figure of eight

- This 2.8 mile figure of eight route centres around the lovely Hemlington Lake.
Area: Middlesbrough

Middlehaven circular

- This is a 5 mile easy ride around the industrial and commercial areas of North Middlesbrough.

Marton West and Poole Hospital

- This is a 3.5 mile circular route taking in the old Poole Hospital site.
Area: Middlesbrough

Seaton Carew to Dockfest 2009

- This is a nearly traffic free route allowing cyclists and walkers to access the Dockfest event on July 4th and 5th.  The route starts at Seaton Carew prom.
