This website is owned and managed by Sustrans and the five Tees Valley Councils - Stockton-on-Tees, Redcar and Cleveland, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Darlington Borough Councils. We regard your privacy as important and can confirm that we will comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will only hold any information you send us for as long as necessary. All employees who have access to your personal data and are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data. All communications to us are protected against unauthorised access by third parties, however if your communication relates to or affects a third party we will refer your communication to that third party for their comments, response or information.
